By accessing or using this website (www.djiguicorporation.org, “the Site”) or any Djigui Corporation service, program, course, coaching, or resource (collectively, “the Services”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Site or the Services.
This Agreement is between you and Djigui Corporation (“Djigui,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 421 Pusey Ave, Collingdale, Pennsylvania 19023. This Agreement supersedes and replaces all previous versions.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services following any change constitutes your acceptance of that change. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND GENERAL USE
By using the Site or Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent for a minor dependent to use the Site.
You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any virus or malicious code, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ accounts.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site or Services; change or discontinue any part of the Site; remove any content; or deactivate any account. We are not liable to you or any third party for taking any of these actions.
A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your account and access to our Services.
SECTION 2 — SCOPE OF SERVICE AND RESULTS
Djigui provides educational information, coaching, mentorship, guidance, courses, programs, and related resources to individuals and businesses. Our Services are advisory and educational in nature.
Outcomes from any Djigui program, coaching relationship, course, or resource depend on factors outside our control, including the individual effort, decisions, and execution of the participant; the actions of third parties such as lenders, government agencies, embassies, investors, or business partners; and market and economic conditions. Djigui does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, financial gain, business success, loan approval, or visa approval, and is not liable for the failure to achieve any intended result depending on factors beyond our reasonable control.
Information, coaching, and resources provided by Djigui are educational in nature and do not constitute legal, tax, immigration, investment, or licensed financial advice. Participants should consult a qualified, licensed professional before making significant financial, legal, or business decisions.
SECTION 3 — USER CONDUCT AND CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY
Participants agree to engage with Djigui staff, coaches, program participants, and other community members respectfully and in good faith, and to provide accurate information when registering for any program, service, or event.
You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, email, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of user-submitted content and are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from it.

We reserve the right to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any content, and to access, preserve, or disclose account information where required by law, to enforce these Terms, to respond to claims of rights violations, to provide customer service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Djigui, our users, or the public.
SECTION 4 — SUBMITTED CONTENT AND LICENSE
Djigui does not claim ownership of content you submit. By submitting content to publicly accessible areas of the Site, you grant Djigui a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and promoting the area in which it was posted. This license remains in effect while you are a member or participant and terminates when you discontinue your relationship with Djigui.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or proposals (“Contributions”) to Djigui, you acknowledge that your Contributions do not contain confidential information, that Djigui is under no obligation to maintain their confidentiality, and that Djigui may use or disclose them as it sees fit without compensation to you.
SECTION 5 — INDEMNIFICATION
Participants, users, and members agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Djigui Corporation, along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors, partners, and licensors, from and against any claim, demand, liability, damage, or expense — including reasonable attorney’s fees — arising from or related to:

SECTION 6 — PAYMENTS, FEES, AND REFUNDS
Fees for products, services, programs, courses, and events are as stated at the time of purchase. All sales are final. Refund and exchange terms are governed by our separate Refund and Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, curricula, frameworks, trademarks, logos, and resources provided by Djigui remain the intellectual property of Djigui Corporation. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit Djigui materials, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission, and you acquire no ownership rights in any such content through your use of the Services.
If you believe your copyright or other intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on our Site, please send a notice to our contact below including: a signature of the rights holder or authorized representative; a description of the copyrighted work or property at issue; the location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the rights holder’s behalf.
SECTION 8 — TERMINATION
You may cancel or terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend, terminate, or limit your account or access to the Services, without prior notice, for reasons including breach of these Terms, requests from law enforcement or government agencies, discontinuation of a Service, technical or security concerns, extended inactivity, fraudulent or illegal activity, or nonpayment of fees owed. We are not liable to you or any third party for such termination.

Djigui or third parties may provide links to external websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of any external site, and we do not endorse or accept liability for any damage or loss arising from your use of or reliance on third-party content, goods, or services.
SECTION 10 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DJIGUI CORPORATION AND OUR SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, COACHES, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, LOST GOODWILL, OR LOST DATA — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES, THE COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA, THE CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES, OR THE FAILURE TO ACHIEVE ANY INTENDED RESULT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SECTION 11 — WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DJIGUI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM DJIGUI, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
SECTION 12 — RELEASE
In the event of a dispute, you agree to release Djigui Corporation, its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners from claims and damages of every kind, known and unknown, arising out of or connected to such dispute.
SECTION 13 — NOTICES
Djigui may provide notices, including changes to these Terms, via email, mail, SMS, postings on the Site, or other reasonable means. You are deemed to have received any notice that would have been delivered had you accessed our Services in an authorized manner.
SECTION 14 — FOREIGN ACCESS
The Site is operated from our offices within the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws, and agree not to use our content in any manner prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.
SECTION 15 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
The Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to change, update, or cancel orders at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
SECTION 16 — GOVERNMENT AND LEGAL REQUESTS
We may access and disclose information we consider necessary to comply with governmental requests, subpoenas, or court orders, to protect our systems, or to ensure the integrity of our business — including your information, IP address, and usage history — consistent with our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 17 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Djigui Corporation regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreement. Additional terms may apply to specific programs, events, or third-party services, including the Djigui Summit’s own Terms and Conditions of Participation.
SECTION 18 — GOVERNING LAW AND FORUM
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be filed in the courts of Delaware County, Pennsylvania, or the U.S. District Court located in that jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and waive any objection to venue in, such courts.
SECTION 19 — WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
Djigui’s failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right. If any provision is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 20 — ACCOUNT NON-TRANSFERABILITY
Your account is personal and non-transferable. Rights to your account terminate upon your death; upon receipt of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and its contents deleted.
SECTION 21 — STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of our Services or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or be forever barred.
