Despite not having a large social media presence or email list, my audience size of around 1,000 is supportive of my business growth I have cultivated an audience that actively engages with my business and a strong network of entrepreneurs, making me increasingly visible and expanding my outreach (audience size of 5,000+) My audience consists mainly of personal connections including former colleagues, classmates, and social circles. I have developed a community of current and past clients, maintaining an audience of about 500. With more available time, I am exploring new marketing avenues and opportunities to share my expertise to broaden my audience. My audience has grown significantly, establishing me as a recognized industry leader capable of converting audience members into clients. I possess a sizable and loyal audience, ensuring a steady client base for my core offerings (audience size of 10,000+)

Current Status of Your Offers:

I have tested and provided various offers but still need to secure consistent client work without constant hustle. My business is concentrated on maximizing sales of my main offering. I am in the process of developing a viable service or product offering that can be managed independently. My primary offer is set for enhancement, with plans to improve product quality and delivery capabilities beyond previous levels. I am presently offering a diverse range of services to a broad clientele. My principal offer is effective, and I am evaluating strategies for scaling up revenue.

Hesitation to hire a full-time employee, relying instead on part-time contractors. Excessive focus on personal branding and list building over team management. Engaging more in planning and research than actual business operations. Prioritizing a professional image possibly at the expense of other critical tasks. Challenges in effectively training the team to operate independently. Continuing to handle the majority of operational tasks despite recognizing the need for strategic focus. Busy with serving current customers, striving to maintain revenue.

What mental or emotional hurdles are you facing in your business?

Anxiety about announcing your business venture to your personal network. Fear of failure and battling imposter syndrome as your business grows. Difficulty in saying no, leading to a lack of focus and slow progress. Insecurity stemming from comparisons to more established businesses. Post-success questioning on what comes next, leading to a sense of letdown. Transitioning from a solopreneur to a CEO role and dealing with identity shifts. Experiencing an existential crisis due to having more financial success but less work.

How are you feeling about your business currently?

Determined to achieve 7-figures in the next 12 months but anxious about stepping back from daily operations. Excited about future opportunities yet fearful of not meeting goals. Proud of the progress made but frustrated with new challenges and the pressure of increased success.
