1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of Djigui Corporation products, services, programs, courses, coaching, event tickets, sponsorships,
and any other paid offering — including the annual Djigui Summit and all related products — are final and non
refundable.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for a request, including but not limited to: change of mind, scheduling
conflicts, inability to attend, dissatisfaction with a program or its outcome, visa denial, illness, or any
circumstance considered force majeure.
2. No Guarantee of Outcome Is Not Grounds for Refund
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, Djigui does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or achievements
from any program, coaching relationship, course, or service. A participant’s failure to achieve an intended or
expected result — where that result depends on factors outside Djigui’s control — does not constitute grounds
for a refund.
3. Voucher Consideration
While no refunds are issued, Djigui may, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, consider repurposing a
payment as a credit or voucher toward a future Djigui product, program, course, or event. This is not guaranteed, is
not a right of the purchaser, and is evaluated individually by Djigui staff.

4. Exchanges
Requests to exchange one product, ticket tier, or program enrollment for another of equal value may be
considered at Djigui’s discretion, subject to availability, and are not guaranteed.
5. Event-Specific Terms
Purchases related to the annual Djigui Summit, including general admission, international participant packages,
and sponsorship tiers, are additionally governed by the Summit’s own Terms and Conditions of Participation,
which take precedence for Summit-related purchases where more specific.
